  • Missy Shea joined the Walker’s community in 2012 after spending most of her life in Vermont. She has a BA from Wellesley College, and an MALS with a concentration in writing communication from Dartmouth. Missy has an extensive background in both independent and public education. She has taught English and history, coached a number of sports, been a dorm parent, and served local and district school boards for more than a decade (member, Chair, Executive Committee Vice Chair, Superintendent and Principal Search Committees Chair.) Missy also served former Vermont Secretary of State Deb Markowitz as Special Appointee for Coordination of Civic Education and Voter Outreach.
